I ate with a friend of mine. She ordered a combination platter and I ordered scallops! The scallops did not look very appetizing when brought to our table. You could tell they were cooked and put in the deep-frier frozen. Hardshell outside and running interior scallop flesh! Tasteless! I will never go back to the American Road House! The scallops were not prepared correctly and were overpriced! The cooks need to go out to Skippers Restaurant on 64 West in Thomasville, NC, and learn how to prepare seafood correctly!!

American Roadhouse is a great place for a family outing. The fish is really fresh and they give a generous portion The Waitresses are great especially a lovely lady by the name of Bella. This place is the best.

One of the better places to eat in the Asheboro area and service is usually very good here.It is what it is ~

Had lunch there on a Friday food was decent no mask required came back on a Tuesday and the hostess insisted we wear a mask wouldn't suggest this place they infringe on your freedom

Really disappointed. America Roadhouse used to be the best place for fish in Asheboro - - not anymore !
For two weeks in a row I was served a fish plate that should never have left the kitchen! The fish was so overcooked that it was curled up, head to tail. I ended up cutting the fish with my steak knife. Sorry America Roadhouse has gone from first to worst. A restaurant to a customer is only as good as the last meal they were served !

Four of us went to Roadhouse after church Sunday, and was so happy and wandered why I didn't get there before since the place is always busy in the parking lot, so that meant something good going on.
The food was hot, and very generous portions, and the price was reasonable.
Atmosphere was very pleasant and accommodating.
Everyone I told about my experience , said they too liked the place.
We will be back, in fact we may just have a birthday party there.
Loved it!

It was our first time visiting America's Roadhouse because we are from out-of-town. I was very impressed by all the staff. It was a fun environment to eat in; the food came out on time, our waitress was amazing, and we will be back again next time we visit!!
