I have never ate an IHOP before so I was excited when everyone wanted to go this past Sunday. I was surprised they weren't busy we got right in got a table, we ordered we ordered straight directly from the menu nothing special except for one omelette with no tomato. An hour past the waitress finally came and said the computer went down sorry it was going to be a while before we got our meal. Then people that were seated before us was getting their meals it was explained to us that because the computer started working they got theirs first. We got ours 15 minutes later it was cold and it was not good at all I did complain I did get 20% off but I could have walked across the street and had faster service and better food. As I was leaving a table stopped me stopped me to tell me this was their second time there and the first time was just like this time, so they are never going back. Rest assured I will never waste my time at an IHOP ever again

I go hoping for waffles there machine is never working. For 2 months I will not be going back.
