The BBQ was absolutely delicious, and I enjoyed some chitlins I hadn't had in 40 years. The portions were generous and everything was cooked to perfection, from the pulled pork sandwich to the pork chop platter. Even though the appearance might not grab your attention, the food truly reflects a labor of love, and I can't wait to return!
