The fried chicken at Papa Bill's in Pembroke is consistently satisfying, especially when paired with their potato salad, coleslaw, and hush puppies. The local community enjoys the BBQ, often smothered in Texas Pete hot sauce, whether it's served on its own or in a sandwich.

Every other year I come from Washington State (Seattle) to visit Papa Bills. I get to the Airport in Charlotte NC and will drive past every restaurant until I get to Pembroke. This BBQ is off the chain and If I could, I would eat it everyday. That BBQ sandwich would cost $7.00 in Seattle. So my question to Papa Bill is when are you going to expand to the West coast and How can I get some of the best BBQ sent to Seattle!!! Your BBQ is the best in NC.
