SHAME IT COULD NOT GOOD HELP. BUT FOR THE MOST PART, WAS GOOD FOR MANY YEARS

I was banned from this Hardee's for simply asking the drive thru employee "Why do we ALWAYS (every single time i go) have to pull to the side and wait for our food at least 5 min.?" This employee was brutally honest and told us that her manager has told them to have people pull over because they have the best time in the district and get $100. Bonuses. So, you mean to tell me that you inconvenience your customers and have them pull to the side and wait? With gas at close to $5/gal. So ya'll get a $100. Bonus?
Omg! I was floored at her honest answer. So I went back a few days later and same thing asked to pull to side, so we decided to video the employee when they brought the food out and ask him the deal with the timer and bonuses, he wasn't quite sure because he was new, but we did record our conversation there was no arguing, like I said I have videos. Well, I went back again, (there's not much to choose from in this town) it began to be laughable as if we would have to pull over to the side... Anyways, placed order, paid for order, and was again told to pull over to the side to wait on food, I did, employee peeped out at us out the door, a few minutes later guy brings food and peeper comes and tells me I am banned from property for videoing and arguing, well there was absolutely no arguing at all!! Do you think we ate that food?? NOOO WAY!!! $15 OUT THE WINDOW!!!
But, they do this to EVERYONE!! EVERYONE IS TOLD TO PULL OVER TO SIDE! This district manager is robbing other stores out of bonuses, I have video of cars pulling over to side and waiting up to 9 minutes for their food!! No wonder there was only 2 cars through drive thru in an hour!!! Smh!
