I love that they do offer delivery! However, if they say it will take "30 minutes" to arrive, its likely to take an hour. 3 times we've ordered , one of the 3 was a good experiance..the food was neatly prepared, order correct, labeled, napkins etc...the other two times, the food was room temp (probably not to good for tuna!), items forgotten, the sandwiches looked as if they were thrown together by a person who was blind folder and one hand tied behind thier back...then cruedly wrapped in brown paper (not even sliced!) I've dined in with co-workers and figured ordering a soup would be safe...yeah, no....it was sooooo watered down that I wondered if instead of preparing more that they decided to keep adding water for goodness knows how many days, needless to say, I didn't eat it! I am hoping that by posting, someone will notice, take note and make some changes! I would love to have the service that we recieved the first time we ordered, it was really great!
