On 6-25-2010 I had a birthday lunch and ate some pudding it turn out to be spoiled I threw up in the restaurant's bathroom Told them about it and all I got was the desert lady had to argue that she tasted it and was not bad I did get a apology from some sort of manager But didn't get compensated for the lunch I left in the men's room No stars from me

We went at 4:07 pm realizing we were too late for the lunch senior's special. However, we were not asked if we had a senior card (which I did), just rung up for the 22.00 for the two of us to eat. The time change caused us to miss the early price by an hour.
Let me tell you this, we will never go to eat here after 3 PM again. The meal is not worth $22.00 for us.Had we known the price was that much we would have gone somewhere else. We are elderly and not able to eat much. There was no chef on hand to grill anything. It seemed to me that they were having a manager's convention. The wait staff were having to talk to this white manager as he went about cleaning, and whatever, just mainly making life miserable for the resident manager and his staff. However, it was a good time for this as I've never seen so few customers in Ryan's.
They are advertising lowering prices....not after 3 PM...It will be over 11 dollars and an extra l.64 for tea or coffee...the new lower prices are not really lower...they just started charging for drinks.
Albemarle has a plethoria of resturants..I noticed one below Ryans is already closed. You are next if you don't get those prices in line. Your food is good, but "samey" always the same thing.
Your desserts never change...isn't there something besides carrot cake (too sweet, gooey icing), lime pie, why not a variety?
OK, now maybe my dinner will finally digest and I'll quit having heartburn for such an ordinary meal at such a ridiculous price. Albemarle is not Charlotte! and we're in a recession already.
