Tried to order online which would have given clear order instructions, but it was too difficult. It would not
accept my credit card for whatever reason even after trying 5 times. Order placement was not easy either.
So husband went through drive in with written order to read to them. However, instead of BEAN burrito, we received 5 BEEF burritos. Wondered why they tasted so strange. For veggie me, it was a terrible error.
I like their food, but make online ordering easier as well as payment so I have a better chance of receiving what I order.

So I usually only go here for nachos and four times in a row I either received no chips and only cheese, or no cheese and only chips. I even called to ask them to please work on this and today when I ordered them I did get both cheese and chips, but i got 7! chips with my order, and half of them weren't even full chips. Not to mention the incredibly lazy long-time workers that say, "Dont come to Taco Bell" because they don't want to work. Over the past few years the quality has turned horrible.
