I had the JSP burger for lunch. The grilled poblano peppers were a perfect addition to one of the best burger patties I've ever had. The chips were thin, light and seasoned just right. This was like the best of homemade but done professional by a chef. I would rate this burger as either the best in Lafayette or tied with the best. It would be interesting to have a throwdown with Fat Pat's.
