The breakfast at Peter's Pancakes and Waffles in Cherokee was absolutely delicious, especially the fluffy pancakes and the biscuits and gravy that blew me away. Despite the busy atmosphere and a bit of a wait, the friendly staff and quick service made the whole experience well worth it, and I'll definitely be coming back.

Food was delicious and staff was friendly. Doesn't get much better than that.

We had breakfast here this morning and we very pleased with the service and food. Our wait time was about 10-15 mins to be seated. I highly recommend the waffles !!
