Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. After a long wait, we were further ignored while customers who arrived AFTER us had their orders taken. Food was not prepared as we had requested, waitress, who was the assistant manager! never asked if we needed refills or if food was okay. To add insult to injury, she then checked us out with no greeting, no smile, no invitation to return... nothing, not even a thank you.
Apparently this was not only an example of service and food quality, but management as well. Will never go back.
