Slowest drive through in town. Shake machine always "broke" or "being cleaned at night" or they don't have the specific advertised ice cream special. Sometimes you have ask for a receipt at night! Third shift manager lacking customer service empathy skills. Seems VERY disorganized any third shift I've ever gone. One night waited 25 min in drive through. They are a hot mess!

Why, if this is a 24 hour open restaurant, are there times late at night when employees don't take orders. This has happened more than once. Employees are outside smoking and tell customers they are not taking orders right now.
I would put ZERO stars, but it won't let me.
