Today, I stopped by for lunch and was welcomed with a friendly greeting as I received the menu for my takeout order. The Mongolian chicken I chose was well-prepared and visually appealing, with just the right amount of seasoning to suit my taste. I appreciated the cozy ambiance and the quick service, making it a pleasant experience overall, even if some dishes could use a bit more authenticity.

We are regular customers at Bamboo garden in Cary. It use to be a very good Halal place to dine and takeout but not any more.
The Manager there is too cold she does not have any skills of being a Manager.
The food now is not to the standard anymore.
Yesterday the 8th of April the take out made us sick. The chef had the whole jar of chilli paste dumped into it. when I called she said the chef do not taste the food when he cooks. How do you serve without tasting?
And we were told not to go there anymore because she cannot refund money.
