I had an online order, went to pick it up and was told by the cashier that he was the only one there, that he has no cooks, no one should be using online ordering at this time of night ( it was 950pm when I got there and it's a 24 hour drive through), then he asked for my name again and then magically the system was down. Didn't ask what my order was or apologize for the inconvenience of me not getting my food or anything about a refund. The customer service he provided was terrible. If 0 stars was an option or negative stars that's what it would get.

it's already a hassle that burger king is so damn slow it make me even more mad when you have all your associates outside talking or whatever they were doing with no one inside to take anyone order get it together !
