I was one of several vehicles waiting in line today for at least 15 minutes! There were cars blowing horns a couple of times but other than that mostly everyone was quite patient. The guy in front of me knocked on the window a couple of times... When I got to the window and waited and waited....I decided to call the phone number shown by the window. When the young man came to the window with my bag he saw me with my phone as I was looking at the number and dialing... he said "what are you do..." that's all I heard because he closed the window, taking my bag with him! If I could have gotten out of the line earlier, I would have, since I only ordered one item off of the dollar menu. It would have been worth losing the $1.08. However, the drive-thru is elevated with a railing so I had no choice but to stay. I also had to knock on the window a couple of times before my food was ever brought back to me. I wanted to go in and speak with the mgr but was late for an appointment as it was.
