Horrible food and horrible service. Food was not only cold, it was terrible. I didn't eat more than a few bites. Waitress was horrible, not just inexperienced but horrible. I won't be back.

Spent $50 ordering delivery breakfast primarily because we were out of coffee. Order was delivered without the coffee. When I called to complain, the manager insisted the money was collected by Doordash, who delivers their orders. I explained that I ordered the food on Cracker Barrel's website and my bank account showed payment to Cracker Barrel, not Doordash.
He hungup on me.
End of Cracker Barrel.

After submitting the review regarding not getting my coffee with the $50 breakfast order and the manager hanging up on me....
I was just notified they processed a credit to my bank account for the cost of the 2 coffees.
Partial redemption....
