I love Jack’s Seafood! Food is good and customer service is great! When I want fish, they are the place to go. The fried Pork Chop is delicious too. I also like I can order online!

Hey I'm Major Francisco USMC . Told about Jack's about an old Military buddy that have never been a person that would brag about great cooking outside of his own. I heard about so much that a few of us came down from Jacksonville to see for yourself. And after eating the food. We call the Colonel and said Sir thank you. For telling us about Jack's Seafood. We now been coming up every week to enjoy great food.

It is said don't judge a book by its cover. Jack's may not be the prettiest little place this side of the Northern and Western Hemispheres but the gracious southern cuisine more than makes up for where it is ensconced. So the barrio isn't the likes of Grosse Pointe Shores, once you walk in the door and order a plate of savory backwoods smoked barbecue, well honey then its on. Your palate will be so happy you will think you were in Grosse Pointe Shores. It's like a Calgon take me away thang. Oh you may struggle a bit with getting on the right side of the road to get there or you may feel like you're driving in D.C. once you enter the maze of a parking lot, but hon, those wee inconveniences are nil when you taste the reward that awaits. Now quit yo fussin and get on over there. Trust me you'll be glad you did.

If you like fried seafood, there is no better place in the Triangle than Jack's. Nope, the ambiance isn't like the 4 Seasons, and I've only seen one couple there on date night. Why? Well, it's a take out joint. The fried trout is fantastic. The fried shrimp AND fried trout will make you call home and tell a loved one about the beautiful meal you just had.
They could do better on the taste of their sides. The seafood cannot be beaten though and that's why I go.

First time and the look of the food was not wgat I expected. My smoothed pork chops were tough, can greens & yams, and the mac & cheese was missing cheese and noodles were over cooked. I just wish I could find a real soul food spot instead of having to drive all the way to Va. SMH Don't do it unless you're just hungry and it's the closest spot. So much for that.

this carryout is great for the food they serve. the portions are unbelievable. the turnip greens are to die for and they have bone-in fish. the prices are very reasonable. I absolutely recommend this carryout. the only thing i don't care much for is the location.
