I've been going to this place for years! Today I called about my order that I just received through grub hub. The bag was still sealed up so no one touched it. And everything inside the bag was sealed. I called and spoke with the Manager and notified him about the hair that was found on my sushi roll. He referred me to a lady that responded and told me that she didn't know what to do. I asked her her policy on this type of issue especially during covid 19. I understand that things happen but I just wanted her or someone to properly address the situation. Instead she acted like she couldn't hear me and just got real quiet until I hung up. So unprofessional .. Lava 10 is down the street so I guess I'll just go there from now on. ....
