There's a wonderful Mexican restaurant right in downtown Apex where the staff is incredibly welcoming and accommodating, even when dining with little ones. The menu offers a wide variety of flavorful dishes that come out quickly, and the portions are generous enough for leftovers. The ambiance is cozy yet spacious, with great service and some standout items like arroz con pollo, carne asada fries, and fresh chips and salsa that keep me coming back.
