In the six months since you have gone to frozen steak, the quality is awful. We have been a long time customer, and live just across the street. This was our favorite meeting place. We have eaten here practically every week since it opened. We will not set foot back in here until you commit to fresh steak again. Raise prices but get back to quality or your restaurant is dead.

Wait service was excellent and accommodating and meat cooked to expectations but I was very displeased with the Broccoli Casserole which consisted of one Florette drowning in a runny cheese sauce filled about half way up in the ramekin. It seems like there must be new management but no manager seemed to be around anywhere to give my feed back and they changed the hours of operation and are only open for dinner now which doesn't make sense in a high traffic area and a busy shopping center.
