Was not impressed, chicken was dried out, veggies were limp and very little of them, sushi had little flavor and was rolled loose (fell apart) Expensive and not worth it.

DISAPPOINTED almost to the point of anger. Placed an order for pick-up. A hibachi shrimp & hibachi chicken, each with a salad (lunch). Got home, we ate salads, they were ok, NOT that great. THEN, opened food containers. WOW! Did we mistakenly order the CHILD'S plate??!! 6 pieces of chicken & 6 pieces of shrimp. It looked like someone had already eaten HALF of our food! Mad, but already home with food, we ate it. I had to put salt, pepper AND soy sauce on it to give it some flavor! I LOVE japanese food, and we had just eaten @ KOBE in Holly Springs last week. The food there was VERY plentiful & VERY tasty. Saw Mt. Fuji the other day & thought we'd give it a try since it is closer. I would drive to Kobe in Holly Springs 100 times over before I'd EVER go back to Mt. Fuji in Fuquay!!
