~Disappointing Experience at The Peddler Steak House in Boone, NC.
Pros: -Although the Famous Salad Bar has been discontinued, the Salad Selections were excellent and tasty!
Cons: -Our Grilled Shrimp dinners came well before we could take time to enjoy our salads.
-The plates were cold and the Grilled Shrimp were just barley warm. My wife's order was not properly prepared and mine were just smothered in seasoning.
-The multiple table servers were not well organized and we had to continually make correction(s) for items we has previously requested.
-Terribly overpriced relative to the quality of service and dinner items.
~In essence, The Peddler is certainly not what it use to be. No Thank You!

The worst experience I have had in my last 10 yrs of dining. The manager was a prick!!!! The food was over cooked and they still charged me full price. Will never eat here again!! One unhappy customer!!he was non caring and was totally arrogant. All 4 meals we have were not even good and average at best! Will never eat here again nor should anyone else! Derek

I ate at The Peddler Oct 24, 2020. The restaurant was not managing the social distancing. 18 people were packed into a small room. The rest of the restaurant had tables to close as well. The crab cakes were barely warm, chewy and deep fried. The NY strip was a poor quality cut of meat. Steak fries were even cheap. Service was good. Food was not.

i ate at peddlers on 10/24/18 and got the chopped steak . it was so dry i had to sip my drink to swallow . not at all what i thought i would get at this restaurant . the salad and soup were good
