After 40 years on the road, I've discovered that some of the best food comes from those small, family-run joints that often fly under the radar. Last Thursday, I finally gave the Sof-T-Shop a try and ended up with a double cheeseburger combo that blew me away-two juicy beef patties, cheese, pickles, and chili, all cooked to perfection. Plus, their fries were crispy and delicious, and the sweet tea hit the spot; if you're ever near Goldsboro, you should definitely check it out!
