I always make a trip to Wegmans solely to indulge in the flavorful tortas de Ines Rosales, a delicacy from Andalucia, Spain, crafted in a small factory near Sevilla. Having spent time in Spain, I first encountered these delectable treats during the 90s, and ever since discovering their availability at Wegmans a few years ago, I make sure to stock up on them every few months. Despite the ever-changing display of these tortas in the store, I've noticed they can usually be found nestled between the cheese and meat deli sections, creating a cozy corner where the aroma of fresh baked goods mingles with the savory scents of cured meats.
