Went to Haven for the first time, and ordered a hot latte to go. Two others in my group ordered iced coffees. The iced coffees were ready in about 5 minutes. My latte took over 25 minutes to get. There was only one barista making hot drinks, and making them one at a time. Either Haven needs two baristas working at busy times, or the barista needs to learn to make at least two coffees at a time.
