Beech offers delicious food that keeps us coming back to Signia multiple times each year. While we miss having tables out by the pool for a more comfortable dining experience, the poolside food is always a highlight of our stay. From the refreshing pitchers of margs to the flavorful Farmer's Salad with chicken and tuna tacos, every dish we've tried has left us satisfied and eager to explore more of the menu during our next visit. Service at Beech is efficient and friendly, making it a convenient and enjoyable spot to grab a quick bite and drink while lounging poolside at the Bonnet.
