I received the most despicable customer service. I was awake all night at my job, had to run to a morning meeting and saw this cute place for the meeting on the internet. When arriving I asked for a medium roast coffee the guy behind the counter told me I was lazy because I didn't read the sign behind him to pick the coffee. Then asked me what size coffee I wanted and I replied a medium, ahhh no, he said we only have small and large. OK then, I'll take a large. If I didn't have a meeting I would have just left. He was rude, and I will NEVER EVER return, nor will my colleagues.
