Finally got a chance to try out The Hotch! The weekly liquor specials at Hotch are definitely worth checking out, even if you're not a drinker. The cheesy potatoes were a must-try, alongside other tasty appetizers like cheese curds and fried green beans. The grilled cheese with bacon, onion, fried egg, and homemade pesto was a standout for me.
