From custom cakes that wow at baby showers to fresh rolls and unbeatable prices, this bakery keeps winning me over again and again-seriously, it's the sweetest find in Bayonne!

Paulanto's baking is superb! Special occasion cakes are fantastic, especially chocolate and vanilla layers with chocolate mousse filling. They decorate my cakes exactly as I ask, and I am always more than pleased with the freshness, lightness, and taste of the cake, filling, and whipped cream. Their "lobster claws" (or a delicious pastry in the shape of a fan filled with Bavarian cream) are the best I've ever had. Having had lots of experience with New York City bakeries, I no longer have to cross the river to buy top of the line bakery treats!

I ordered a cake from this bakery for my son's 1st birthday. It was a pineapple cake. I asked them if they can put the fresh pineapple in there they were like yes why not. They charged me $38 for that. But When I got the cake it wasn't good at all, it smells so bad. there were no fresh pineapple in there and I really don't know what kind of fruit they put in the cake because the taste was nasty. I felt so embarrassed in front of my guest and I have no other option at that time. They ruined my son's 1st birthday. I would never recommend their cakes to anyone.
