We went to the Gunbarrel Rd location tonight and had a horrible experience. The women's restroom was filthy: backed up toilets, toilet paper in the floor, no paper towels. Our waiter could not give us drinks when we arrived because there were no clean glasses. There was a whole contact lens on top of my salad. The waiter could not locate the manager. We waited for sometime for the manager to come to the table and he never did. The staff had no idea where he was. We ended up leaving before we got our entrees. It was an awful experience and we will not be back.
