Two in our party ordered prime.rib sandwich. Meat was old and tasted.terrible. Server said they take meat from cooler and fry it on grill. Meat was dark. Both salads were bad and we couldn't eat them. We politely told server but were not asked if we would like something else. Also did not offer to comp at least one meal or offer complimentary dessert. I work close and have many meals there but no more.
