Unfortunately, M Bakery has permanently closed its doors, leaving behind a legacy of delicious roast lamb, cevapi, and baked goods that will be missed by many in the community. It appears that the owners have moved on, and the bakery has been transformed into a standard panaderia with a noticeable decline in quality. Despite the changes, the memories of enjoying the best roasted lamb in Chicago and the warm, welcoming atmosphere of the bakery will always hold a special place in my heart.
