I discovered a small but exceptional restaurant in town that has become one of my favorites over the years due to its delicious food. However, a recent change where they now sell ingredients separately for customers to assemble has slightly diminished the dining experience. Despite this, the restaurant remains one of the best in Fairbanks for its simplicity, freshness, and delightful Turkish coffee.
