On March 13th for my birthday I decided I wanted to eat at Riptides because of the Gator bites. My boyfriend never has been so I thought it would be nice and he never had Gator before so we did. Customer service was Great but I was not pleased at all with the food. Gator so over cooked and had very little taste, then we ordered the Catfish dinner the price outrages thinking 2 pieces of one of the cheapest fish out there. Nope just one, also I had fries and spinach the fries I can tell were dropped into the grease again to reheat. I have to say back before the remodel of the building the food was absolutely great now, I one will not return and two not refer anyone, very disappointed.

Went there on Sunday for my husband's birthday - party of 4 plus child. The food actually was really good - I had fish and oysters. My lettuce wedge came after my dinner and my son-in law salad came out after dinner even though we ask for it sooner. The waitress was horrible - she could not remember anything and she kept saying "This is not my day to work - I was called in". Had to ask her twice to bring our baked potatoes and it went on and on. She stated she was going to take something off the bill - yes she took off 10% of the bill - which was $9.00 off of 99.00 and I will give the service a 0%.
