During my first visit to Texas, I decided to stop by a local Vietnamese restaurant for a warm bowl of pho on a cold day. I ordered the filet mignon beef with fried egg rolls, and found the food to be tasty and satisfying. The service was attentive despite the small staff, making it a pleasant dining experience overall.
