My husband, friends, and I stopped in for a quick drink and ended up feeling like part of the local scene, thanks to the friendly bartenders and welcoming atmosphere. The cozy interior, complete with a charming 1940s mural, paired perfectly with cold brews and good conversation, making it a memorable night. Though cash-only and bustling, the genuine warmth from the staff and patrons made it a comforting retreat we'll return to when in Manitou.

My husband, friends, and I popped into this cozy bar for a quick drink and found ourselves swiftly attended to by the cash-only bar. The service was efficient and the atmosphere charmingly snug, making it a tempting regular haunt for our visits to Manitou. Despite the minor inconvenience of cash-only policy, the friendly bartender Lou graciously accommodated our birthday celebration with cupcakes, leaving us with a warm and welcoming impression of Royal Tavern.
