I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, especially the chicken sandwich and fries, which were both incredibly tasty. The atmosphere was vibrant, with loud music and sports on TV, making it a fun environment, particularly on a quieter Wednesday afternoon. The attentive service and impressive selection of local IPAs added to the experience, leaving me eager to return on my next visit to the area.

The "Old Lady" at the door only filled in a few times. Ya, she had her own agenda. No worries, new owners since then. They don't have anyone at door. No need, this is a nice neighborhood bar. Good food, Good drinks, COLD beer. Micro's & regular. Servers are all excellent. be nice to them, they have lives too. they are there to serve you food & drinks, NOT kiss your -ss. I have been a regular at the Pasco Dugout since they opened, 20+yrs. The new owners have opened a new location in both Richland, & Kennewick in the past few years, & they work also

I am a 45 year old woman who has been to the dugout a few times. I don't go out much so when my friends and I decided to go out for our girlfriends 47th bday I said let's go to the dugout they have pool tables and it was karaoke night! Well big mistake!! The old lady that works the door and takes id's was extremely absolutely the worst worker I have ever come across! We had at least 20 people altogether tonight and early into the night my 21 year old son stopped by after a long day of working 13 hours with his 2 co-workers and next thing I know he was getting thrown out of the bathroom by this woman and she accused him of doing drugs!!!! In front of all my friends!!! I tried to go outside to see what was going on cuz he obviously didn't know and she told me if I went outside to talk to my son I was out too!!! Just mean!! Well I talked to the bartender cuz I called my son to see what was going on and he said to talk to the blonde bartender so I did and she said that this stupid lady got it wrong and kicked out the wrong guy!! It was not my son it was a totally different guy!!! So do you think I got an apology??? No she said if I argued with her I had to go!!! My son is not a drug user and has a very good job that he wks 12 plus hours a day at and gets random drug tests at wk none of which he's ever failed and this woman caused a huge scene in front of the whole entire bar accusing my son of doing something he did not do!!!!! Unbelievable!!! That is not all she did while we were there!! She kicked 2 more people out for reasons we have no idea!! Doesn't explain why and if you even raise your voice cuz your wanting to know why she kicks you out too!! When she grabbed my son as he was using the restroom cuz she walked in the men's bathroom he was like what is going on? She grabbed him by his shirt told him he had to leave now and he was like what why and can I get my debit card and she said no and made him leave!!! So I tried to get it for him and she said no he has to and I said but you said no!! She said he can come to the door and I'll give it to him!! I said that's all he wanted before he was getting shoved out the door!!! I don't know who she thinks she is but She messed with the wrong kid cuz his daddy is a big time attorney here in the tri cities!! I'm also getting ahold of kndu news and reporting this to them!! I'm pissed and totally feel that nobody deserves to be treated like that!!! I don't know who this old lady thinks she is but theirs laws for people like her!!! I was told to see if theirs video being taken so she is prosecuted for grabbing my son out of the men's bathroom the way she did without even telling him anything!!!

I hope somebody reads my complaint and action is taken against the old lady that works the door and takes ID's!! We had a group of at least 20+ people all of which were gmas, moms, dads, etc who were out to have fun and karaoke for our girlfriends bday!!! It was a nightmare because of this old lady who was very unfriendly and rude the whole night!! Never smiled once! I left a long complaint already about this woman but that was just one incident that started our night!! We were treated absolutely like dog S&$& the whole entire night! This woman is in the wrong profession cuz she is very rude!! I have never ever and I use to bartend like 10 years ago and I've been to the dugout for 7 years since I moved just up the street and I've never ever been treated so horrible by someone!! Not just me but all of us!! What she did to my son.......absolutely uncalled for! She is not going to get away with it!! This incident happened on Friday June 6th!!! I hope theirs video that can be reviewed!!! She owes my son an apology!!! I'm just so pissed and all my friends are so shocked and are willing to help me do whatever needs to be done to make sure this woman knows what she did was wrong and know that she traumatized my son whose barely 21!!! Well she messed with the wrong kid cuz as soon as we sit down and go over what happened hopefully justice will be served. Nobody should get away with what she did!! You can't go around accusing someone of something he didn't do that you didn't even see with your own eyes but act like you did and get away with it!!! It's wrong! I am so upset!!! Please look into this matter! She needs to know she cannot treat people like that!

My friends and I will never ever go back to the dugout!!! Worse staff ever! Very unfriendly!!! Would not recommend this place to a single person! I've given the dugout a few tries and it gets worse every time I go there! The old grumpy lady that works the door needs to go!!! We have never been treated so horribly by a person before anywhere!! Even the bartenders are scared of her! I complained about her to one of the girls and she didn't even know what to say other than I know I'm sorry just try and stay out of her way! Nice....no thank you we will take our business somewhere else thanks to her!!!
