The restaurant is clean, has great ambience and beautiful dí©cor, appealing menu, but spoiling fish. I eat primarily sashimi (just raw fish), and tuna is a favorite. They served me fish that was smelled and tasted very "fishy", and it was so slimy, it slipped out of my chopsticks. Fresh raw fish should never have a strong odor or be slippery. What bothers me even more, is that the sushi chef who prepared either was too inexperienced to pick up on this, or he chose to serve it anyway. In either case, he shouldn't be a sushi chef. The owner checked the fish for herself and gave me a full refund. Diners, remember that when you eat the fancy sushi rolls, it's hard to tell sometimes, through the seaweed, rice, sauce, and garnishes whether the FISH is good or not.
