Walking into Angelo's Italian Deli, the aroma instantly transported me to my mom's kitchen, surrounded by shelves of authentic Italian goods that promised a genuine experience. The pastrami sandwich was unbelievably tender and flavorful, with a perfectly crunchy French roll, while the pesto ravioli delivered a rich, garlicky burst that left me craving more. The friendly staff hustled with cheerful efficiency, making the quick service feel personal and welcoming, and I'm already eager to return and explore every item on their menu.

We entered Angelo's Deli 2'nd st LB at 5:50 pm just for some cold cuts to take home and were greeted w/ a barking Deli Clerk? who immediately informed us that "WE'RE CLOSED TO ANY DELI CUT'S SINCE WE ALREADY CLEANED THE SLICER BUT I MAY BE ABLE TO SCRAPE TOGETHER A SANDWICH TO GO IF YOU WANT?" The last and least appealing thing we wanted to eat was a "Scraped together sandwich! NEXT DELI PLEASE and hold the attitude PLEASE!
