Dining at Aab during restaurant week offered an incredible value with a flavorful appetizer, entree accompanied by warm naan, and dessert for just $25, where the crispy chicken pakora truly stole the show and the chicken makhani's rich, buttery sauce rivaled my usual tikka masala choice. The balance of creamy spices and fresh ingredients shines throughout their menu, from the vibrant saag paneer to the homemade pickles, making each bite a comforting yet exciting celebration of Indian cuisine that keeps me coming back for more.
