To whom it may concern at Little Moo's Restaurant,

For the past three weeks, I've attempted to place an order, but without much success. I tried ordering online, but that option wasn't available. I called several times throughout the day, only to be sent to voicemail each time. Eventually, I decided to drive to the restaurant myself.

When I arrived, I asked the staff for a better phone number to reach the restaurant. Unfortunately, the person I spoke to seemed visibly bothered by the question. Additionally, parking is extremely limited-there's barely enough space to turn around, which adds to the frustration.

That said, once I was finally able to place an order, the food was truly amazing. I'd highly recommend it-if you can get through or find a place to park.

As a suggestion, I'd recommend investing in an online ordering system and possibly an additional phone line. My hope is that potential customers don't get turned off by the experience before they even get to try the great food.
