Jacks is just not a good place to eat. It's average tasting food, and the cost is too high.

I've been there twice. First time, two other couples were behind us. The guy at the counter cashed out a couple in front of us. then walked around the counter an asked for his chicken order and walked out. Everyone else just kept doing their thing. One walked by us a couple times so I asked if she would take our order. She came to the register, and I said can I hav a toss salad with chicken in it. she said hold on let me see if we have any. she was gone for about 3 minutes came back and said it will take 17 mins. I asked my husband does he mind waiting. He said if it takes that long to toss a salad and warmup chicken Its probably going to take a hour to cook a hamburger. so we walked out.as well as the two other couples behind us. Then tonight it was late ten o'clock so I looked it up and seen they would be open till 11. So we went over and was the only people in the drive through. we made our order and when we got to the window my husband said she gave him a funny look then asked us to pull ahead and wait for our order?? We thought that was strange since there were only three cars in the parking lot, and we were the only ones in drive though lane. we got home and the hamburgers were cold as cold can be but the Bunns were warm. Strange right? The fries were good. the drinks tasted okay, but I've had the runs sense. :/ I've heard others complain to us as well about their service there.
