At Cavalli Pizza in Irvine, Texas, the wood-fired pizzas impressed me with their flavorful crust and fresh, quality toppings, though the sweetness of the San Marzano tomato sauce was slightly too prominent for my taste. The accompanying salad featured crisp greens, crunchy pine nuts, savory prosciutto, and a delicious balsamic vinaigrette, making the overall dining experience very enjoyable and worth returning for.
