Went out to eat here. I pat my bill only to find out that my waiter tipped herself 6 dollars after I already gave her a six dollar cash tip. Charles and his staff are so unprofessional. Be careful they will tip themselves. This is the third bad experience I've had here

Charlie the manager does nothing. Terrible, terrible service at this establishment. Literally every delivery order is late, and dining in-house requires 3 hours of your time because they're so slow.

If you are planning on ordering from them for a special occasion, don't expect them to fix their mistakes when they're made. They do not care. At all.
