I've been a loyal customer since this place opened, and my office (right across the parking lot) has regularly supported them, but after my recent experience, we won't be back. I ordered a sandwich online, not realizing it was after hours. I never got a confirmation email, so I assumed the order didn't go through. Next day, I received a text (not an email) saying it was ready, but I was out of town by then.

When I called to explain, the manager was rude, condescending, and refused to give his or the owner's name. He acted like I was lying to get a free sandwich, which was insulting. I mentioned the ongoing support from my company and said I'd be sharing this experience with my company. His response: "Do what you want. I don't care."

It wasn't about the $9.33 sandwich; it was about the complete lack of respect and professionalism. Terrible customer service, and unfortunately, they've lost more than just one customer. Especially over something so minor and easily resolved; it speaks volumes about their values.
