Finally made it to this cafe today as my adult daughter highly recommended we go given her last visit with good friends. Other reviews have indicated similar concerns as the four people in my party: long wait for food (food was distributed at different times even though orders were on same cheque), indifferent employees at register (met with two different staff this day"¦one male and later a female), wrong order (was just happy we received food so didn't complain), missed items within our order (husband had to go up twice to ask about drinks they forgot to deliver, expense ( and hey"¦as far as we were told by young female who waited on us as we were leaving"¦there are no refills on ice tea"¦)! We ordered sandwiches and pastries and, according to all in my group, the food well enough"¦
We navigated the process for ordering and finding a seat fairly well; however, they need to get organized and provide better training for their staff. Will I go back? Like others have generously shared"¦maybe in a few months to see if they've troubleshooted and successfully improved some of their shortcomings. I really wanted to like this place"¦love the interior and the concept"¦
