So I went through the same experience as Kathy badaric did a year ago. Almost to the T. After reading her review I feel like an idiot for ordering here. I paid $135 for an 8 inch cake birthday cakethat was nice to look at but was flavorless. The exterior had no flavor at all. Tasted like some kind of vegetable oil. The chocolate cake part was dry. Very dry like old stale cake. The mousse part was ok. Lightly sweetened which is fine but a very thin layer. Not one person of the 12 people there liked it. I stopped cutting slices out of embarrassment. We ended up with a birthday party with no cake. I called the next day and spoke to the owner and I had the same experience as this other reviewer. He informed me that this is how his cakes are. That I should have sampled something from his display first. Why wasn't more cake eaten. Why I didn't bring the half eaten slices. That he made 8 cakes and no one had complained as of yet. He tasted it and his employee tasted it and both confirmed that the cake was fine to them. In the end he offered no resolution. Spent the entire time defending the product. Customer service is severely lacking here. Don't expect any kind of compensation if you are not satisfied. I left the cake and walked out.

I had my daughter's wedding cake made here all our guests were amazed decoration we requested was perfect..cake was so moist and not too sweet..my whole family love this place..staff awesome and friendly...
