Coming from DC, I was drawn in by a fantastic live performance from the band Snafflehound, and the friendly staff made the experience even better with well-crafted drinks like their Guinness served in authentic pint glasses. The lively open mic nights and diverse local acts create a welcoming atmosphere that truly captures the spirit of Old Ballard, making it a favorite place to enjoy great music and good company despite some sound quality challenges during full band shows.

Visited Conor Byrne Pub after being drawn in by the live music of the band Snafflehound, led by the talented singer Natalie. The atmosphere was great, and I found myself returning for more shows due to the friendly staff and well-made drinks, particularly enjoying a screwdriver. While the sound quality could be improved, the overall experience at this Ballard pub is definitely worth checking out for some good music, food, and drinks.
