The authentic Indian cuisine here always impresses me with its rich flavors and generous portions, especially the lamb curry and goat curry, which are cooked to perfection. The staff and owners create a warm, family-like atmosphere, making each visit enjoyable and welcoming. I appreciate the thoughtful touches like complimentary rice, traditional beverages hard to find elsewhere, and attentive service that keeps me coming back for more.

Found a local spot with the best Indian cuisine in town, run by a friendly family. Enjoyed the Lamb Curry and was pleasantly surprised by the free rice that came with it. The nostalgic experience of finding Limca and Thums Up drinks on the menu brought back memories of trips to India.

This is by far my favorite restaurant in Lexington and central Kentucky. I have eaten at and visited many Indian restaurants before this one, but once I ate at Taj all the others seemed tasteless and bland. I go here a few times each month. The buffet is always hot and full of wonderful choices that are all wonderfully prepared. The dinner menu also has many choices and each meal that I try is outstanding. The service is always outstanding and wonderful. I have come to know the employees, and they are a wonderful group of people. I have never met any nicer and caring people than I have here. I get treated like family each visit and look forward to having a wonderful meal and seeing all the wonderful people here. I don't live in Lexington, but this restaurant and the people there are definitely worth my drive. This is a place that you must try if you ever find yourself in Lexington.
