As a life long resident of this area, there are many very good pizza places. However, Rosie's of Middletown now ranks at the bottom of the list. The ordering process is horrible. You can only call at certain times to order a pizza. What an elitist approach. There is no other restaurant, deli or pizza place that turns away their customers through this ordering process. "No Soup for You! Can you imagine a place like Brennan's Deli, Applebees or even a bagel store not taking an order? I guess upper management has enough money. But - we still ordered a large pie for pickup. Upon arriving, they could not find our order. I waited another 20 minutes. When we got it home, the bottom was burned black and there was very little cheese on the top. It was the size of a medium pie. We threw it out. The kids working were actually very nice. $$$$$$$
